Ingredients
- 75 ml Fresh orange juice
- 75 ml Prosecco
Method
Pour orange juice into a flute glass and gently pour the sparkling wine. Stir gently. Note: Also known as Buck's Fizz.
Garnish
Garnish with an orange twist (optional).
Served: Straight up: chilled, without ice
