Brandy
Ingredients
- 15 ml Brandy
- 45 ml Red Tawny Port Wine
- 10 ml Egg Yolk
Method
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
Served: Straight up: chilled, without ice
